The homeless can register and vote.  Important dates to remember:

Last day to register to vote Oct. 16

Election Day Nov 6

This is perhaps the most important election in our lifetime.  And remember, the politicians pay attention to voters.  Don't vote?  Don't complain!  Participate in your democracy.
